Books and Reading Tag: A Book Challenge

Hey y'all!
This challenge was created by Noor at her lovely blog, A Little Bit of Sunshine. I love book tags so much so I thought I would give it a try:)

Rules:
You must answer all the questions
Repost the picture with a link to Noors blog and the persons blog who tagged you
You may tag people if you would like, but it isn't required

1. To be read in April?
I am working on reading The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, and A Light in the Window by Jan Karon.

2. Book series you would like to see as a movie?
I would like to see Life of Faith Series made into a movie.

3. Overhyped book/author?
Behind the Attic Wall by Sylvia Cassidy. This book was really awful actually. It was weird, and just not a book that I would recommend if you know what I mean:)

4.  The best book series you have ever read?
The Prairie Legacy by Janette Oke all the way!

5. Book to movie adaption that was really bad?
I can't think of one right now. I don't ever know if I have watched a book movie adaption that was really bad.

6. Books that made you cry
The Book Thief. Yes, I stayed up reading it until midnight on the night I finished it. I laid their and sobbed. Embarrassing, but true. The Help by Kathryn Stockett also jerked a few tears from my eyes at the end :)

7 Book you are reading at the moment. Give it a quick rating
A Light in the Window by Jan Karon. It the second book in the Mitford series, and if you have never read these, start now! Read about them here!

8. Book series that you just didn't like
Um, The Redwall series. I only read about one chapter of the first book (its not a small series I I know) and I didn't really like it. I haven't read the whole thing so I can't really judge if its good, but its just not the type of book I like to read:)

9. Book that you haven't read yet, but really need to?
School books. Those are the only books I need to read:)

Come up with your own question!

My question.....
On a scale of one to five how avid of a book reader are you?
1. Love to read! I read whenever I can get my hands on a book!
2. Reading is awesome, but its only something I do every few days.
3. Reading is enjoyable for me, but I go in spurts of reading all the time and not reading.
4. Reading is ok, but not my favorite thing to do
5. I detest book and only read them if I have to for school

I tag:

Lauren from Loving Our Creator
Christine from Everything is Blogsome
And anyone else who wants to do it! <3

I'm also thinking about doing a survey. I have seen lots of other bloggers do one, and I think its a pretty good idea.I don't know if my posts are interesting enough so I want to get more feedback on how my blog is doing from your guys prospective:) Talk to y'all later! <3

G'night
Clara

    1. Ok, no big deal:) Yeah, I'm a number 3 as well. At the moment I'm in a "not wanting to read right no" phase!

  3. The Redwall series was something that was so-so for me as well. I had to read it for a book competition, which I did, but the story was hard to get into and the amount of characters you had to keep track of really confused me. I want to read the Great Gadsby... I have friends who read tons of books around that same era, and it's hard for me to relate to fangirling over certain books because I haven't read them (I haven't even read Pride and Prejudice).

    xoxo Morning

    1. Yeah, I know what you mean. One of our neighbors really wanted me to read the series. He even said he had the first one I could borrow! I got it at the library and I really couldn't get into:) Don't feel bad....I haven't read Pride and Prejudice either:)

  5. Thanks, Christine! I know! I love those books so much! Have you read all of the Millie books? I have only read a few. I have heard it gets sad towards the end. Oh, by the way! I really love your blog! <3

    1. I haven't read all of the Millie books. I've read the first six, but our library doesn't have the last two. I've considered buying them. I love them so much! technically I suppose they're supposed to be for younger ages, but they never get old too me. <3
Aww thanks! I'm so glad to hear that.
I was wondering, do I answer all the questions as well as yours? Or just the one you put up?
